An aluminum ring with a double side free moving pointed magnetic needle pivoted in between alluminium frame and fitted on an alluminium pillar. Provision for height adjustment of the magnetic needle. Circular ring graduated 0-360 degree both clockwise as well as anticlockwise direction. The whole assembly is mounted on a plastic moulded case.
